Bridgepoint Technology Partners (ABN 44 695 968 293) is a technology due diligence and value creation advisory based in Sydney, Australia. We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you contact us through this website we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, role and message. We also collect limited technical information through Google Analytics, including pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, which is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, scope and deliver engagements, and keep in touch about relevant work where you have a professional relationship with us. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
Confidential engagement information
Information shared during a diligence or advisory engagement is handled under the confidentiality terms of that engagement and any NDA in place, in addition to this policy.
Disclosure and storage
We may disclose information to trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our website host (Webflow), email and productivity platform (Microsoft 365) and analytics provider (Google). Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information.
